My experience finding a nail salon in Richmond with great service, great end results and efficiency has been nearly impossible until I found Sokha's.
Lyna is the owner and the one woman operator of this small business. She is personable and genuine, we chatted the entire time. When it comes to nails, she super knowledgeable, a real pro - She completed my gel manicure in less than an hour. She has strategy and technique in perfecting nails. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and it's very rare for a place to do them up to my standards but this place exceeded my expectations. Overall, her customer service is unmatched. I'll definitely be returning!
It's not common for a business owner to ask for real time feedback but Lyna encourages this as she wants the best for her customers, she wants to learn from her mistakes. She shared her goals of wanting to open her own salon one day and I know she'll find success if she continues to run her business this way!
Prices are very reasonable and you can make reservations online via Google but be sure you are extra specific in what kind of service you're looking for!

The BEST nail technician/owner in Richmond hands down. I moved to Richmond, VA two years ago and went to several of the salons in short pump, Carytown, Staples Mill, and W Broad. All of them would provide terrible service and I always walked away not liking my nails. However, Sokha is the BEST. She's attentive, cares for her customer, and has fair pricing. Her service is all worth it. You won't ever have to go anywhere else after you go to her. I show her a picture, and she recreates it. I am so sad I'm moving. I will def miss her!
