Privacy policy

The short version

This website does not ask you for any personal information, does not set cookies of its own, and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. There is no contact form and no account to create. If you want to reach us, you call, email, or book through Square.

Booking

Appointments are booked through Square, on Square’s own website. When you tap a booking link you leave this site, and anything you enter there — your name, phone number, email, and payment details — is collected and stored by Square, not by us. Square’s handling of that information is governed by Square’s privacy policy. We can see your appointments and contact details through our Square account, and we use them only to run your appointment and to contact you about it.

Calling, texting and email

If you call or email us, we keep what you send us for as long as we need it to answer you and to look after your appointments. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

Fonts

The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser makes a request to Google, which can record your IP address and browser details. We do not receive that information.

Reviews shown on this site

The customer comments on the home page are quoted from our public Google Business Profile, shortened for length and shown with a first name and initial only.

Photographs

The nail photography on this site is our own work. If you are a client and would prefer a photograph of your nails not be shown, tell us and we will take it down.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
